Chef Lin in Chattanooga

I brought my dog in and i left without him, i didn't even know. He was nephew's dog. 'Steak' was good and a little hairy. They made it dog shaped just for me. Don't take your pets here, other than that, it's a good place to eat.

Today is 6/22/2020 MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO EAT DINNER SINCE EVERYTHING HAS STARTED TO REOPEN THE RESTAURANT WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN THEY HAVE A STAFF THAT WILL SERVE YOU OFF OF 3/4BARS THE FOOD WAS FRESH AND HOT AND REALLY GOOD ONCE YOU GET A CHANCE TO GET OUT GO BACK BYE AND LET'S CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT SIGNED WAS WELLED PLEASED

I frequent this locale often. Their stand alone sushi bar is by far the best you'll find from a buffet style restaurant. The food from the bars is always fresh and good. The staff is always polite.

Food was cold. Not the best experience I've had there. Will definitely not be coming back. Only putting one-star because you can't put zero.

One of the best buffets in the area! I love the hibachi, and the sushi. I love their crab legs and I actually like that they took them off the buffet. I don't like having to pay extra (pay per pound) for the crab legs, but I love that I get them delivered to my table, fresh and hot!

Really like the sushi bar and egg drop soup. My kids like it alot too.

There food is always good, fresh and placed in bar with care. Not sloppy but neatly. The waitress are good and efficient.I especially love the frog legs. The sushi bar is kept clean with several choices.The meal is an all you can eat.Atmosphere is a quality.

Once every 2 weeks we go here just for the Sushi. It is the best sushi in the area. They are always busy so the food is fresh and good.

At some buffets you're lucky to have more than six selections and even luckier to have warm food.At Chef Lin there are so many selections that you have to make choices. Plus, the hot food is hot and the cold food is cold. And, the table service is kind and prompt, including removing empty plates and refilling drinks.

I will NEVER be back here again!They have a credit card skimmer on their card reader. I ate here on the 29th and on the 30th I had 3 transactions equal up to $300 that was spent at a Walmart in Arkansas. I reported it to my bank and it's under investigation now. CROOKS!!!!! I'm going to notify Police as well. If you decide to eat here do not pay with a card!!!!!!!!!!

My family has not stopped about this place. We live in Nashville and had them meet us halfway from GA so this was their first time eating here, and our second. Each time I went, the buffet was consistently fresh and full with a really great variety! Plus sushi! Also, the staff was very kind and went above and beyond to see that we were comfortable. I have 2 siblings with special needs along with my 2 and 1 year old toddlers, so seating us was an event and they couldn't have handled it more gracefully.

Typical Chinese buffet. Good food for a great price. Deducted one star because their hibachi is disappointing. Choice of veggies and meat is limited and no choice of seasoning in their grill.

Fortunately my first time experience at this Chinese buffet was good. The restaurant and Buffet area was extremely clean and constantly being attended to. The service was very good and the selection was wonderful. Prices reasonable as expected I would definitely return. The access is easy as it's next to a movie theater and a very popular Italian restaurant

The food was good. Great sushi. Only problem is that they weren’t refilling any of the items on the buffet that were empty so I didn’t get to eat some of my faves

Food was really awesome I just didn't like the people working there fixing my plate which I understand because of the chaos going around but still they could give us gloves and let us fix our own plates

Not good. Catfish was just as cold as the tartar sauce. Egg rolls cold. Bad selection of food. I haven't been here in so long I forgot and hate it when they take my glass away to refill it. Just bring another glass. You could cough or sneeze by accident. I see why I stopped coming here. Not sure where all of those awards came from.

For starters, the food is mediocre at best. The buffet is not worth $11.25 unless you only eat Sushi, which is the best food that they have. Even then, they do a poor job of keeping the sushi bar stocked. Additionally, my water was never refilled. Once we were on our second/third plate, they brought us our checks and stood over us until we signed them, then waited until we left. Absolutely abysmal service for food that leaves a lot to be desired.

Best Buffett in TOWN!! I have lived everywhere, and this buffet has it all from sushi, seafood, hibachi, Chinese, and even some good American food. Been going here every weekend since moving here.

Made the mistake of making a u-turn on 75 to try this highly advertised restaurant. The selection was okay the meet was dry. The veggie delight was lacking water chestnuts and that good white sauce. Don't eat the oysters that taste like channel oysters. The one good thing was the crab legs and the tea. I've never had a fortune cookie with unidentifiable substance inside, please see photo. We went 20 minutes out of our way to eat here, because of all the awards the commercials say this restaurant has received. We will not be back. Oh, the last thing. As we were leaving our server asked if we were going to tip her and not politely.

Chef Lin Buffet in Ringgold Georgia is a moderately priced. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The food was kept at the appropriate heat or cool temperatures as well as continually restocked. The waitstaff were courteous and friendly. This was my first visit and I enjoyed my time there. I would encourage anyone who wants to enjoy a complete Chinese food experience to visit Chef Lin Buffet.

The buffet is well stocked with fresh, delicious food. Service is also good and never had to ask for them to refill my drink.

It's a buffet. Reasonably priced. Very large variety. Buffet well stocked even in late afternoon. Generally clean. Typically win the best of the he's local community awards.

They have changed their buffet to cafeteria style. They serve you so you have to wait on them. They don't have enough people to do the serving either. The food wasn't that good either. The freshest things were the mixed vegetables and fried shrimp. The other stuff tasted old. They have no Teriyaki chicken, no General Tso chicken, no fruit, and you have to ask for the condiments you need. I just prefer to get things myself. Their selection isn't really that good either. I think I will pass on here for a while.

The place was very clean and organized. The staff was nice and kept up on getting the dirty plates. The food to me tasted really good. I enjoyed the selection they had at dinner. It all looked fresh. Their sushi selection was also large. I would definitely go back again.

My favorite buffet in Chattanooga. Large selection of items and it is all great tasting and great price.

Duck sauce is watery at best, crab Rangoon was overdone to the point of being burnt, food is mislabeled (potatoes labeled shrimp) most items we tried were dried out or flavorless, desserts were inedible. For 7.50 for lunch I would expect more and better then we got. 2 people at noon cost $20

Having to pay an additional amount for crab legs is a little ridiculous and its more then half the amount of an adult dinner. Food was warm not hot. 2 stars because because I left full but not satisfied. Oh non dairy ice cream was really good. Not sure I'll ever go back though.

Got just about every selection of food. A very good sushi bar. Dine in or take out. They will cook your food rite in front of you or pick anything from the endless buffet. Very clean and very nice. If you take out then the way you're food so you only pay for what you eat. All around great place to eat.

The food is always fresh and bright. The waitress staff should be more talkative and upbeat, more people ( from the North)(Yankee) would maybe tip better. 48 years in good service. And this is a drawback to their extra dollar tip.Parties of 4 leave $2.00 feck off. It's a good place, clean and some different foods always.

One of the largest, most diverse buffet selections around. There were stations for salad, entrees, vegetables, sushi and dessert. I liked the fact that all items were identified with a label on the hood above it. In spite of the fact that it was quite busy the day I was there, staff saw to it that fresh trays of food promptly replaced those which were running low. Of course the buffet is self-serve but our waitress came around often and kept our drinks full. An added bonus is that the price is very reasonable.

I have lunch here once every 3-4 weeks with my friend...who is also a past coworker. We absolutely love everything about this place. Their sushi is off the charts. The hibachi was really good but wasn't crazy about their white sauce. Then the selection of food on their buffet equals any other Chinese restaurants. Price is reasonable. You really should try it.

Very good food. Great variety for everyone. I didn't try the General Tso chicken because it looked soggy and they didn't replenish the dish when I was there, too bad😥

Enjoyable buffet. Service is efficient and attentive. Large variety of choices including seafood, chicken, beef, sushi, hibachi grill, and more. Food is good and what you'd expect for a buffet. Easy access to interstate and lots of seating. Decor and atmosphere could use a little updating, otherwise an enjoyable buffet with something for everyone.
